Our Full Service Social Media Posting Process

Step 1: Research
We learn about your business, your goals and your customers so that we can properly present your message online. 

Step 2: Brainstorm
Our team will brainstorm creative post ideas that are interesting to your audience. We prepare several weeks of proposed posts (including photos and messaging) and present them to you for approval.

Step 3: Feedback and approval
You always approve anything we post before we post it. We present our suggested posts and revise them until you are happy.

Step 4: We post on up to 5 sites
Once approved, we’ll schedule the posts to the appropriate sites, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin and Google. 

Step 5: Monitor and report
Your Account Manager will be in regular contact with you and will supply tools to help you succeed with social media. 

Step 6: Ongoing refinement
We continue the process and always have several weeks of content approved and ready to post. We’ll develop and publish high quality content that matches your businesses’ personality.

Which social networks do you recommend?
Our social media posting service includes determining what is most appropriate for your business type. It is different depending on the industry, but the most common sites we post to are Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Business Page, and Instagram. 

How often do you post?
Recommended post frequency depends on your business type, your number of followers, your posting history, and other factors. Consistent posting is key and we want to establish a posting schedule that is sustainable. We have some clients that want daily posts and others that we post for once a week. Once to twice a week is appropriate for most small businesses. 

How do you know what to post?
Our process includes getting to know you, your business, your industry, your competitors and your customers. We do our research and learn what content is best for your business. All posts will be approved by you in advance to ensure we get it right. It’s our job to have the right style and voice.

Who will I work with?
You work with an Account Manager that's an experienced social marketing professional that you can contact anytime regarding your social media. Your Account Manager is also at your disposal for guidance and as a sounding board for any ideas or issues regarding Internet marketing.

Is there an annual contract?
No! We do everything on a month-to-month basis. We are confident that we will provide value so we are not going to try to lock you into a contract. This ensures that we always do a great job, keep you happy, and earn your business every month.
