How Long Does It Take?

Our Tasks: Everything we do is tangible so you can always see the work that we’re doing for you. Claiming, verifying and optimizing your Google profile is scheduled for month 1. Assuming that there are no delays or complications, in most cases, Google profiles are optimized in the first 30 days. The search engine and directories component (A minimum of 40 sites with backlinks) will be completed by the 60 day Account Review Call. Ongoing updates (creating content and adding it to your profile) happen either monthly, twice a month or quarterly – depending on the package you select.

The Results: If you Google “how long does SEO take?” You will see that most companies set the expectation that it takes at least 4-6 months (some say 6-12 months or more) to see the benefits of SEO work. Local search is a long-term strategy – once your presence is established and expanded, it takes a few months for Google’s algorithm to find the content and adjust. It depends on your services and how large (and competitive) your desired areas are. We like to be cautious and realistic in setting your expectations, but most of our clients see some initial progress by the second account review call. (Day 120)

How Much Does It Cost?

We have a transparent pricing structure and our services include a combination of one-time services and ongoing monthly services. (Ongoing profile updates). One time services are fixed bid pricing and are quoted on a case-by-case basis. Pricing depends on the hours needed to complete the agreed upon tasks. Our monthly packages start as low as $99 a month. All services are set up on a month-to-month basis. The difference in packages depends on the amount of time our team puts into your account each month. We have smaller, more economical packers for small businesses and larger packages for companies with larger budgets or anyone that wants to be more aggressive with their marketing.

Step 2: Prepare Your SEO Audit

We run a digital marketing assessment (it’s like an MRI on your digital footprint). This includes a thorough inventory of how and where your business appears online. We will find any gaps or problems with your online presence. Our proprietary process includes using industry leading software to find anything that may have a negative effect on your ability to be found by Google’s algorithm. There is no charge for this service.

Step 3: Show The Findings And Our Proposal

Our specialists will share the findings with you and recommend a custom solution tailored for your business. First order of business is to make sure that your business is properly registered in the top 40 search engines, major directories and listing sites. We will also ensure that these sites have active backlinks to your website. This is a crucial step to create domain authority with Google – which is rewarded with higher search results.

We claim and verify your Google Profile. We use our proprietary process featuring our 36-point checklist. Your Account Manager will create a Quarterly Report for you every 90 days that shows the details of your traffic, site visits, leads, etc. We schedule the first two review calls for 60 days and 120 days out.
